Emotion is created by motion

When people ask me how do I get such a great physique, the first thing I tell them is that I’ve mastered my emotions. Once I tell my peers that, they look at me like I’m from another world. Lol. A few months ago I attended Tony Robbin’s 2013 UPW (Unleash the Power Within) seminar in LA and I remember one part of his speech, he said, “Emotion is created by motion.” This stuck out to me because I can relate to this through my past experience (check out my previous post about “Why I Started Bodybuilding”). The anger and rage was my motive and I released them at my gym. Once I’ve mastered my emotions, I felt unstoppable, in addition, my strength physically and mentally kept growing.

For those who are giving up to quickly when it comes to working out; first things first, master your emotions and then you will master your motions.

Train hard and stay sexy!

A couple of days ago when I was at the gym working out, I had a small breakthrough and realized that everyone here at the gym had similar goals; and it’s to aim for their desire body and health. There are so many people training their butt off to make a great change in their life and there are many people that gives up too quickly and easily. For those who are giving up, give yourself a second chance and trust me on this, you DO have a sexy body underneath that body fat. Honestly, I BELIEVE that EVERY single individual on this planet we live on have a sexy body, you just haven’t unlock it’s full potential yet. This is why I like to say, “train hard and stay sexy” because underneath that meaning, everyone got a fucking sexy body if they work for it, I mean EVERYONE! I don’t care about what background, skin color, race or where you came from – you have a sexy body that needs to be awaken. There is no miracle pill that will automatically gives you an aesthetic body instantly, it’s called HARD WORK! Deep down, if you work hard for it, then you will discover your true body. I’m being straight forward here; this is something I’m not saying just to make you feel all giggly and jolly, this is the TRUTH. Not only you’ll look great and sexy, there are many positive benefits that you can achieve from exercising such as, crafting your confidence, willpower, mind, strength, body, appearance, health, and many more! The list goes on, in addition, this will change your life for the better no doubt about it. People will admire you, they will respect you, you will become a role model/inspiration towards them, you will be happier than ever in the life you live in. You can’t argue with great results.

For those who stopped exercising, here’s a video on YouTube that helped me get my ass to the gym: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_CRVjMQuOaM

Once you build that momentum, don’t lose it. Train hard and stay sexy because once you achieve your desired body, you can’t argue with your great results. 🙂

I’ve been using this supplement for about 3 years and I got to say this is one hell of a protein shake. I mainly use this supplement in my bulking phase. If I don’t reach my macros through food, then at the end of the day I would replace them anytime with this protein shake. It’s high in carbohydrates, proteins, and calories making me putting on some extra weight. I’m a hard gainer; my metabolism runs fast, so this protein shake really helped me tremendously over the past years. The mixture of this supplement does not blend perfectly, however, it can be fix. There will be chunks when you blend this supplement which is displeasing, to fix that, what I like to do is add a small amount of hot water into the powder, mix it until all chunks are broken down, and then I add my favorite beverage mixing the two together. As for flavors, they are pretty good. My favorite flavors are chocolate and cookies-n-cream, they are tasty and easy for me to consume. Price range is not too bad, there are a lot of supplements out there selling for high prices. For a price of $48 for a 6lb tub of protein, It’s good and it’s not too shabby.

Here are my dislikes for this supplement:
I knocked 1 point off because this supplement makes me feel really bloated and I don’t like that feeling. For example, after a workout I would take this supplement right away and a couple of minutes later; I would feel super full as if I ate 2 whole bowls of food in one sitting. Another reason why I knock 1 point off is because I’m getting horrible expulsion of intestinal gas (really bad farts) that makes me rush to the bathroom for a number 2 (if you know what I mean lol). However, this protein shake really helps me put on the extra weight when I’m bulking. Thus, I will continue to use this supplement in the long run.

That’s it for today! Stay tune for more blogs as I will discuss about other supplements I have tried.

If you have any questions about this supplement and you’re curious about it, feel free to comment or message me through my email and I will answer them as accurate as possible from my own experience.

Saturday’s Workout Routine

For those who are following my blog I apologize for a really late post. I’ve been busy with friends, my birthday, working out, coaching clients, and working in retail. Here is my last workout routine, my main focus are backs and shoulders.

Shoulders:
– Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press (aka “seated military press) 4 sets of 6-10 reps
– Cable Reverse Fly (sometimes I do one arm at a time) 4 sets of 8-10 reps or til failure
– Lateral Shoulder Raises 3 sets of 6-10 reps
– Shrugs 3 or 4 sets of 8-10 reps

Backs:
– Seated row machine 3 sets of 8-10 reps
– Bent-over rows 3 sets of 8-10 reps
– Military Pull-ups 4 sets of 10 reps or til failure
– Lat Pull downs 4 sets of 6-10 reps

And there you have it. Saturday is my last day of working out for that week. Sunday is my Rest day so I have more time to recuperate my muscle and start all over back from Monday. I stick with this routine for about 3 or 4 months then I switch off and create a new workout routine. If I were to stay with my original routine, then I feel as if I’m not improving my strength or growth – I always need change. I hope my post/blog helps my viewers in any way. Stay tune for more blogs as I will discuss about what supplements I take and what types of food I consume. And remember, train hard and stay sexy!
